Who We Are

Optimize Resilient Generation (ORG) Foundation – an India-based organization founded in 2024. We believe in the potential of youth to drive global change. Our organization aims to develop young leaders through immersive experiences in Diplomacy, International Relations, and Community Engagement. By fostering collaboration and critical thinking, we empower young people to become advocates for sustainable development and global citizenship, shaping a future that is inclusive and just.

Our Journey

How It All Started

ORG Foundation was born out of a vision to create a platform where young people could develop the skills and confidence needed to become effective leaders in an increasingly interconnected world.

Founded in 2024 by a group of passionate young leaders, our organization quickly grew from a small initiative to a recognized force in youth empowerment. We started with a simple belief: every young person has the potential to make a difference, and with the right opportunities and guidance, they can become catalysts for positive change.

Our first major initiative was organizing a national Model United Nations conference in Bangalore, which brought together delegates from across India to engage in diplomatic dialogue and problem-solving. The success of this event paved the way for our international expansion, leading to our memorable MUN conference in the Philippines.

Today, ORG Foundation continues to grow, reaching more young people with our programs and creating a global network of emerging leaders committed to sustainable development and social equity.

The passionate individuals driving our mission forward

Arpita Menaria

Founder & Director

Arpita Menaria is the driving force behind the ORG Foundation—a distinguished Assistant Professor, Entrepreneur, and nationally recognised leader from Rajasthan. Her career reflects a deep commitment to excellence, education, and social impact. Arpita holds Master’s degrees in Political Science and Public Administration and is currently pursuing an MBA from IGNOU and a Doctorate in Business Administration from Rushford University, Switzerland. Her leadership foundation is strengthened by her experience as an NCC Under Officer, NSS Coordinator, and elected Cultural Secretary. Her dedication has earned her major national honours, including the Outstanding Leadership Award, Desh Ratna Award, and the National Icon Award (2024). She has also represented India globally at the Asia Youth Model UN in Malaysia and Best Diplomats in Türkiye.

Tejasvi Shah

COO

Tejasvi Shah, Chief Operations Officer (COO) plays a pivotal role at the ORG Foundation, driving innovation, operational excellence, and youth-centred impact. She is currently studying Law with International Relations at Middlesex University.With a strong passion for law and economics, she brings analytical depth and strategic thinking to every initiative she leads. She also has a strong record in debate and public speaking, earning distinctions such as the Best Delegate Award at DARMUN and multiple Gold and Silver Medals at the World Scholars Cup in Dubai. She ranked among the top performers in the Africa Open Schools Debate Championships and other African and global tournaments, and has proudly represented Tanzania in international platforms including the Asia Youth International MUN in Malaysia and Farel Academy MUN in the Netherlands.These platforms strengthened her commitment to empowering young people through education, leadership development, and global engagement. Her strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills, honed through years of debating and leadership roles, make her an integral part of ORG's mission to inspire and equip young individuals with the skills they need to become global leaders.
